Nursing Services
Our skilled nursing services are designed to meet a wide range of medical and personal care needs.

24-Hour Skilled Nursing
Our nurses are highly skilled professionals who are available 24 hours a day to ensure you are receiving the care you need. Under the watchful guidance of our onsite Medical Director and Director of Nursing, our nurses follow an individual care plan custom designed for each patient individually. Thanks to our ongoing internal education program, our nursing team is always improving their skills to deliver the best skilled nursing care possible.

Pain Management
We use medication and other pain management techniques to reduce our patients’ pain as much as possible so they can be comfortable and happy while going through therapy. By managing pain, we help our patients get the most out of our skilled nursing care. We also provide education and resources that patients will need to successfully manage pain after they’ve concluded treatment and gone home.

Short-Term Care
Short‑term care delivers medical treatment and rehabilitative therapies to support recovery after surgery, injury, or serious illness. The focus is on intensive rehabilitation—such as physical, occupational, or speech therapy—with the goal of helping the patient regain function and return safely to independent living. These stays are temporary and usually last from several weeks up to about 100 days, depending on the individual’s recovery needs.

Long-Term & Daily Support
Our long-term care services are designed to meet the daily needs of those who have serious, ongoing health conditions or disabilities. We help residents live as independently and safely as possible while assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
What is Skilled Nursing?

Skilled nursing is a level of care provided by licensed professionals for patients who require medical support that can’t be safely delivered at home. It typically includes services like wound care, IV therapy, medication management, physical or occupational therapy, and close monitoring of complex health conditions.
Unlike assisted living, which focuses on help with daily activities with minimal medical support, skilled nursing services are healthcare-driven and designed to help patients recover after a hospital stay, manage chronic illnesses, or stabilize their health in a safe and supervised environment.
Difference between Short-term and Long-term Care

Short‑term care is focused on recovery and rehabilitation after a hospital stay, such as following surgery, illness, or injury. It typically involves intensive therapy, close medical monitoring, and the goal of helping the person regain independence to return home safely, often lasting a few days to a few weeks. Medicare typically considers a stay 100 days or less as “short-term.”
Long‑term care is for individuals who have ongoing medical needs or chronic conditions that make it unsafe or unrealistic to live independently. These residents require continuous skilled nursing care and oversight, help with daily activities, and long‑term stability rather than active rehabilitation.
