Amenities

Activities

Mentor Hills Post Acute’s activities program provides a positive, uplifting atmosphere filled with opportunities to socialize and be active. Through partnerships and local outreach in Mentor OH, residents are able to stay connected to each other and the wider community, which can improve a patient’s mental and physical well-being while receiving care. We are proud to offer a daily schedule for both post acute and memory care residents to keep everyone as active and sociable as they’d like to be. We always welcome friends and family to attend our special events. Activities include entertainment like musical performances, holiday parties, movies, games, and trivia.

Please call (440) 256-1496 for additional assistance if you can not view the February 2026 calendar.
